🎯 Your role

<aside>

We're looking for a Founder's Associate.

This isn't a defined role with a narrow remit. You'll work directly alongside Yelda, operating across strategy, business development, fundraising, and wherever the company needs to move fast. Some weeks you'll be preparing investor materials for our pre-seed round; others you'll be unblocking a key partnership or helping us structure our hiring processes.

The best analogy: you are an extension of the founders' thinking and execution capacity. You absorb context quickly, identify what needs to happen next, and make it happen.

This role is often the launchpad to a senior operating role, a startup of your own, or deep functional ownership (e.g. GTM, Chief of Staff) as the company scales.

What you will do

• Prepare materials for investor meetings, grant applications and strategic partnerships
• Support our pre-seed fundraising process
• Map the funding landscape
• Help structure early commercial frameworks
• Build out hiring pipelines for technical and operational roles as we grow
• Conduct landscape analysis across the critical raw materials and circular economy space

Who you are

You might be coming from:

• A fast-paced environment
• An academic background in materials science, chemistry, or engineering

You're likely someone who:

• Gets things done and doesn't confuse activity with progress
• Is genuinely curious about hard technology and comfortable going deep on a technical domain
• Writes and communicates with precision, you can distill complex ideas without losing nuance
